About
The IC Chat, also known the Icy Taco or Taco City, was created as a place for people to chat with characters and write plots and arcs without bogging down the regular Bloids boards. Original characters, fan characters, and official characters all appear here for the writer's choice of reason.
Story-wise Taco City exists on a planet called NTWF, and functions as an intergalatic hub between worlds and dimensions. People come and go with the warp feilds, which occur very frequently in the abandoned district and occasionally in other parts of the city. Tabloid Town is the closest neighboring metroplex. Tabloid Town is friendly to natives (Writers), but wary of the outsiders brought in through the dimension warps that sprinkle Taco City (Characters).

When you make a character page be sure to add them to the "All Characters" category. Beyond that, they can be added to "Original Charcters", "Franchise Characters", and "Other Characters".
Fan and official characters are franchise characters. Your Neopets, for example, are fan characters. Captain Scarblade and Master Vex are official charcters.
Got a character from a forum event or other situation where the world a character is from is a non-franchise collaboration? They go to "Other Characters". Got a fan character from a non-franchise world your friend has created? Other Characters!
